The staff was efficient & affable. Had perfect location in the middle of the city, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Cairn House Gallery Store. Further, it was near to the restaurant, and the most beautiful beaches.

I enjoyed this small hotel. Excellent food. the rooms were beautiful and exceptionally comfortable. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, like a cloud.

I keep coming back to my favorite spot in Durness because it's hassle-free with friendly staff. They even helped me with tech issues. It has all I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, welcome drink, cozy lounge, laundry, and more. Perfect for my city breaks!

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and tailored options for guests. The homemade produce was exquisite, and we wish we could have purchased it. The staff, including the lovely Fiona and her team, were friendly and fun. The hotel was thoughtfully and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable stay.
